An error in recent water rates was found and is being corrected. Updated bills will be sent within 5 business days, with automatic credits applied if needed.

Any time that a customer moves in to a home within Sunnyslope's water service area, they will need to fill out the Start Service application form in the link below.

Water Shutoff Protection Act - SB 998 Dodd

SSCWD implementation of this Act was to begin February 2020. However due to the various Executive Orders issued in regards to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, the normal Shut Off Policy is being overruled by these orders. Please refer to the COVID-19 Update page below for further details.
